Privacy notice
Ladder LP does not require a user account. The interface uses the minimum wallet and technical data needed to build positions, verify platform fees, display portfolio information, and protect the service.

When you connect, the interface processes your public wallet address, token balances, approvals, position NFTs, pool selections, and transaction hashes. Blockchain activity is public and permanent. Ladder LP does not receive your private keys or seed phrase.
Platform-fee records
The service stores fee quote identifiers, wallet addresses, plan fingerprints, amounts, status, and related payment and mint transaction hashes to verify credits, prevent replay, and reconcile fees. These records may be retained for service integrity, fraud prevention, and accounting.
Browser storage
Opening records, confirmed partial exits, and closed-ladder PnL history are stored locally in your browser. Closed records are designed to expire after 15 days. Clearing site data removes local records and may remove access to an unused fee-credit reference stored only in that browser.
Security and operational data
The service processes request timing, route, status, and a random request identifier for reliability. For rate limiting, an incoming IP address is converted into a one-way hash; the application does not intentionally place the raw address in its telemetry. Short-lived rate-limit and response-cache records are cleaned automatically.
Service providers
Hosting, RPC, blockchain explorer, wallet, and protocol providers may process network or public blockchain data under their own policies. Ladder LP does not sell personal information and does not use wallet activity for personalized advertising.
Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet and clear Ladder LP site data through your browser. Public blockchain records cannot be altered or deleted by Ladder LP. Questions or privacy requests can be sent through Ladder LP's official public communication channels.
