Risk disclosure
Ladder LP is non-custodial software for creating and managing concentrated-liquidity positions. It does not remove the financial or technical risks of the underlying assets, pools, protocols, network, or wallet.
Last updated September 5, 2026Loss and conversion risk
A ladder can lose value. As price crosses its ranges, deposited capital may convert partly or completely into the paired asset. A completed buy ladder can leave you holding only the purchased token; a completed sell ladder can leave you holding only the quote asset. This is expected position behavior, not a guaranteed profit or stop-loss mechanism.
Concentrated-liquidity risk
Positions can become inactive outside their ranges and stop earning fees. Fees may not compensate for adverse price movement, impermanent loss, token depreciation, or opportunity cost. Displayed PnL is an estimate based on available prices and locally tracked history, not an accounting statement.
Token and pool risk
Tokens may contain transfer taxes, blacklist controls, pausing, unusual decimals, upgradeability, malicious logic, or insufficient liquidity. Pool hooks and dynamic fees can alter Uniswap v4 behavior. Ladder LP blocks known incompatible liquidity hooks, but simulation and automated checks cannot prove that a token or pool is safe.
Execution and network risk
Prices can change between refresh, simulation, wallet approval, and confirmation. Transactions can revert or execute with a different token mix within the selected slippage limits. Gas estimates can be wrong, gas is paid even for some failed transactions, and Robinhood Chain or its RPC providers may become delayed or unavailable.
Protocol and wallet risk
Uniswap contracts, Robinhood Chain, wallets, RPC services, explorers, and hosting infrastructure are third-party systems. Bugs, upgrades, outages, compromised interfaces, wallet errors, or approval misuse can cause loss. Always inspect the network, recipient, value, approvals, and calldata summary shown by your wallet before signing.
Stablecoin and pricing risk
USDG is treated as approximately one US dollar for interface estimates, but it can trade away from that value. Market prices, TVL, volume, fee estimates, and PnL can be stale, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. They are informational only.
No advice or guarantee
Ladder LP does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Strategy labels and recommendations describe software presets, not suitability. Use only assets you can afford to lose and independently evaluate every transaction.
